Please note that custom-made and digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective. As these items are produced exclusively to your specifications, they cannot be resold. Non-custom items may be eligible for return provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Refunds or returns are not issued under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery issues resulting from factors within the customer’s control, such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Custom-made products that cannot be resold.

  • Requests based solely on personal preference or a change of mind.

We reserve the right to decline refund or return requests if the item does not meet the stated criteria, or if it has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
